I wanted to optimise my lifestyle so that I'm well set up entering my more senior years. I started on my new lifestyle with Marty and Dani just before my 72nd Birthday. Now, 6 months later I’ve lost 8cm off my waist, gained 11cm on my upper body and I've never felt stronger and more energised in a long time.
